CEC Tech Services Help Desk
A help desk is an information and assistance resource that troubleshoots problems with computers and similar products. Universities often provide help desk support to their Administration, Faculty and Staff via a toll-free number, website and/or e-mail.
EIC provides technical assistance to CEC community members via our ticketing system. In order for work to be completed, you must log in with the following link below and use your MyFIU credentials to access the help desk.
Note: These ticket requests are for the CEC community and will be sent to the EIC staff, if you need assistance from the Division of IT (UTS), please visit their help desk system.
