Help Desk & Knowledge Base

A help desk is an information and assistance resource that troubleshoots problems with computers and similar products. Universities often provide help desk support to their Administration, Faculty and Staff via a toll-free number, web site and/or e-mail.

The Engineering Information Center provides Help Desk and Knowledge Base Services to our Engineering and Computing community. In order for you to be able to log into the Help Desk you will need to have a NOVELL account and you must have your data updated in the College Online eGuide Directory
